I think you've made funnier stuff, but this is some of your best visual work. I liked the colors and the expressions, and the overall animation was way smoother and more appealing than usual. Also, nice job on the voices. Overall, I enjoyed it, I just felt like it could have been funnier.

Dude the fricking ending, holy heck.

Just for the sake of being constructive, I think your run cycles look a tad awkward, but then I can't say much and I don't think you've done many of them so I guess you gotta start somewhere. But that's really my only complaint, everything else looks fine. I actually like your lip sync for some reason; dunno why, there's just something appealing about the way you do it.

So, animation's looking good, is only gonna get better with time and improvement, and the pay-off was pretty hilarious. Nice job overall! Keep it up dude

Max, I REALLY wish you'd made a season 2 of this. I get that you've lost interest and if you had made it, it would have felt forced and stale, so I respect you for knowing when to quit. But god damn, that Tumblr post you made, explaining what WOULD have happened if you had made it, I gotta say, although I do respect your decision to stop, part of me wishes you had gone through with those plans, because this could have been something really great.

Season 1 of the show was great. In my opinion, this show was something of a gem, and I still enjoy watching the episodes. Season 2, I'm imagining, would have been just as great. In fact, probably even better, because of your improving animation and artwork, along with the developing characters and ideas.

But, alas, you decided not to make it in the end. I respect your decision to stop when you knew the time was right, and I'm glad you went out on a high note before it got stale. Would I love to see more? Absolutely. But still, you made your choice and that's just how it is.

WGJ4K had a good run and I'll still gladly watch it. And even though season 2 is never going to happen, we still have 10 perfectly fine episodes to look back on, and I'm betting you have plenty more just-as-impressive ideas in the works right now.
